We can collect the following information: Details of past and future reservations at Playa Palmera Beach Resort and bookings with our suppliers (including flight dates, flight number, airport destination, airline).

  • Details of your travel patterns and preferences

We can collect the following information: The length and type of your Playa Palmera Beach Resort vacation, including whether you are traveling alone, with household members, with friends; your propensity to re-book with us within certain timeframes and marketing segments to which we add you.

We can collect the following information: your desire to receive marketing communications from us and how you want us to contact you.

Playa Palmera App requires the user to allow the following permissions:

  • Access to photo library / camera / microphone / location - requirement related to the ability to upload identity documents (ID card, passport) for remote express check-in.
  • Access to the Internet connection - a requirement related to the need to download actual data associated with reservations and other services available at Playa Palmera Beach Resort

 

Acting on behalf of another person

If you provide us with information about another person (or persons), such as another visitor, we will understand by this that the person has designated and authorized you to act on their behalf. This includes giving your consent (to the extent required) to: Processing their personal information, receiving any information protection notices on their behalf.
