I stayed at Playa Palmera Beach Resort & Residential for two weeks, and it was an excellent experience overall. The service was consistently friendly and attentive; the staff were always willing to help, and they did their best to accommodate any requests I had during my stay. The team was kind and helpful, the apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with good air conditioning and everything I needed for a longer stay. I really appreciated having access to a well‑equipped gym, several swimming pools, and a beautiful private beach. It was the perfect place to walk by the ocean, and disconnect from daily stress. clean and comfortable, I would happily come back and recommend it to others.

The front office staff did not communicate things very well. Check in was better than check out. Luis was absolutely fantastic and made my stay great. Suggestions: Have the reception staff be a bit more welcoming and explain the way things work. Such as the electricity. It is not clear that the 30.00 per day does not cover if you use more. More towels such as hand towels and wash cloths. Have a list in the condo explaining the check out procedures so people can plan their time of departure appropriately. The check out process of waiting for a staff member to check your room is not clear.

This was our second stay at Playa Palmera and I know we will be back again. The beachfront apartments are wonderful. Spacious and clean. They are a great value if you don't want to stay at an all-inclusive resort.
